Designing the experience for restaurants.
Entering the 2020s - Lots of Cafes and restaurants have been adopting digital technologies to help their operation. From advanced Point-of-Sale (POS) and management systems to digitalized ordering systems, these restaurants in Hong Kong offered a new, digitalized experience for their customers.
As interactive designers, this was great opportunity for us to explore on this trend, and offer even more insight for both aspiring bussiness and customers alike.
